1 - PRICES

1.1 - All quoted prices are given in Euro without tax and do not include handling and delivery costs.

1.2 - When products are to be sent outside Belgium, they are considered to be imported by the customer. Prices of all products sent outside the EU will be invoiced without taxes. The customer may have to pay custom fees, local taxes, import duties or government taxes which are outside Fleur de Sel´s responsibility. The customer is bound to pay and declare all taxes to the appropriate authorities and/or agencies. We recommend that you ask your local authorities for advice and information.

1.3 - Orders from any country are payable in Euro.

1.4 - Euro exchange rate is 40,3399 Belgian francs.

1.5 - Fleur de Sel reserves the right to modify prices at any time but invoicing will be based on prevailing prices at time of order subject to availability. All products remain in Fleur de Sel´s ownership until complete payment is made.

2 - ORDER AND TRANSACTION VALIDATION

2.1 - Please specify your phone number, e-mail address and VAT number in your order. By sending your order you agree to be bound by this order and by our general sales conditions. Your order will then be sent for further processing.

2.2 - Fleur de Sel reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute.

2.3 - All registered orders will be acknowledged by e-mail stating the exact amount of your invoice as well as the terms and conditions of your order.

3 - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

3.1 - All orders are subject to availability of products. Our product offers are valid for as long as the products are listed on our site. Should a product not be available upon receipt of your order, we would notify you of the delay. You have the option of either cancelling your order of this product or exchanging it for another product by sending a letter to Fleur de Sel, Rue des Alliés, 85 B-7080 FRAMERIES Belgium or contacting us by e-mail to infos@zipp-bijoux.com.

4 - DELIVERY

4.1 - Products are delivered to the delivery address stated in your order.

4.2 - All orders will be handled as soon as complete payment is made.

4.3 - You will be informed by email of any unusual delay.

5 - PAYMENT

All payments are made :
- By wire transfer.

6 - EXCHANGE

6.1 - You may return your order within 10 days of receipt should the product(s) be defective. In this case you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will then replace the defective product(s) in the shortest possible time subject to availability.

6.2 - Any incomplete product or any product damaged or soiled by the customer will not be exchanged.

7 - PRIVACY POLICY

7.1 - Fleur de Sel pledges not to reveal any information to third parties. All information given to Fleur de Sell will be used solely by its own agents in order to process your order or customize communication.

7.2 - European Data Protection laws guarantee you various rights, including the right of access to information held about you as well as the right to change or suppress them. 8 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our web site will be governed by Belgian Law. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian Courts. All contracts are in French.

9 - LIABILITY

9.1 - All products are subject to Belgian Law. We shall not be liable for any infringement of the law of the country to which the products are delivered. You are deemed to have checked your right to import our products.

9.2 - Photographs and texts illustrating our products are not binding. We shall not be liable for mistakes in our texts of photographs.

9.3 - We shall not be liable for any failure to deliver products arising out of circumstances beyond our control such as flood, fire, labour dispute, civil commotion, riot, war, act of God, terrorism and disruption to transport.

9.4 - We shall not be liable for any indirect damage arising from loss of profit, operating or foreign exchange loss, damages or costs.
